All of the world is distorted. Streets left empty of any human life now that the ever growing army of zombies seems to be moving in no direction at all. They search for there next meal. While some people might have thought about shooting these undead creatures in the head in the past, they were wrong. The only way to kill them is to burn there bodies. They are just like humans except there only desire is to feed and this craving over whelms them making them go to extremes to hunt and attack anything other then themselves. A young boy travels to the ruins of America. Here in New York he looks over at the world. The city abandoned by a post apocalyptic curse. Teliporting to the top of the statue of liberty he gazes down to see the heads of these undead creatures. Walking all about slowly and angered by the scarce source of food supply. Alex creates arrows out of his hand and sends them flying at the zombies. They turn to him and began moaning for his flesh.
"They told us not to fight them, But if we don't kill them then who will? There just going to grow in numbers and eventually they will brake into New city. I have to try to at least take out a few." The boy says as he continues to fire his arrows using his arm as an automatic crossbow. A few of the zombies have all ready reached the top of the tower. Alex quickly shoots them in the heads knocking them on there backs. But in a few moments later there back on there feet and simply pull out the arrows with screams of pain. Alex needed to defeat them with fire. The only thing that can kill them is fire. But Alex couldn't create fire out of thin air. He needed to come up with a plan to attack them. The zombies came closer and closer Alex grabbed one of them and flipped over there shoulders using his weight and acceleration he kicked off of the side of the building dragging the Zombie off of the ledge. In mid air Alex kicked the Zombie in the head and then teliported himself to a building roof top. The zombie came crashing down and exploded into tiny pieces on the ground.
It was still moving and alive but it couldn't walk and it couldn't fight. Alex then discovered how to beat them. If he could make them unable to fight/ Unable to move then hes won. He could later come back with a fame thrower or something to finish to job. Alex now had a plan and he would try to kill the zombies using his new found knowledge. The sun was shinning down. Alex looked up into the blue sky. "By tonight your all going to die!" He screamed his battle cry before jumping off the roof into the crowded streets filled with flesh eating super zombies.

Amanda watched from the side of the building, her eyes full of concern as she watched her team mate jump down into the fray with little to no fear. Sometimes she wondered if the boy cared at all about his own health? Though the time for that kind of question wasn't very presenting at the moment, it appeared that now was the moment of action and nothing less than that. Running out of the alley in her attempt to keep up with Alex, the girl swiftly used her optical abilities to slowly burn the undead creatures as they moved towards her. Then when she saw them distracted, she kept moving forwards towards the boy's expected landing zone.
While the girl could not fight like Alex, her mental abilities did make her a threat to these creatures. With a simple stare from her eyes, she could easily them slowly into ashes, but for now, distracting them with small sparks upon their sponge-like skin would have to do. the tails of her trench coat floating behind her, she quickly jumped over a rusted over station wagon, looking back to see that more seemed to be on her heels than before. It was now that she wished she was bless with more than a look that could kill.
Great....More of them.....What to do...what to do?
Looking around, the young teen then slide down the front windshield of the car, picking up a steel rod that was laying upon the ground. Then, tossing it forwards like a javelin, the girl swiftly turned her gaze towards it, causing it to become engulfed in fire and burning a small row of the zombies that got in its path. It wasn't much, but it would keep them at bay as she continued towards the boy's location.

Shadow walked rather close by the fight that was occuring in the city. She knew she should help, and intended too anyways. She ran in, unoticed and used Dark Blast at the zombies. The two that were bravely fighting already probably could handle it, but you can always use a little help. A zombie came in from behind, but she noticed it's shadow and used that shadow to attack it. "Go die again!", she yelled as she attacked a few more and changed from bombs to a sword. Samantha swung around the large sword and thought to just change tactics again. As the zombies are already dead. She switched from that back to shadow fighting and tried to get closer to where the other two were.
While running , throwing bombs and trying ot control shadows, she tried to get closer tot he other 2. The bombs were to make at least some damage while the shadows served as mostly defense. A zombie, once again, attempted to attack from behind, but she grabbed it's undead arm and flung it at one of the consumed shadows she had made. The shadow caught it and swinging it around like a mase (or HOWEVER you spell it). This made her forget about defesne and she dropped the zombie to concentrate again. I need to work on multitasking some more... While doing htis she backed into the building and had to run further out, as not to get cornered.

The wind blowing in his hair as the child makes a leap off of a building into the crowded streets below. His ears began to pop as he reaches high speeds. Gazing over to the side he sees in the distance his teammate and trusted friend. Alex notices how she is heading over in his direction. A smile comes across his face as he sees her frighting skills. While Alex had vast amounts of fighting capabilities he viewed himself less of an asset to someone like Amanda. Her ability could kill these zombies with just a gaze. It wasn't just that though. Her mind and the way she thinks makes her a true asset to the team. Alex was always excited to have her on board a mission such as this. Almost hitting the ground Alex quickly teliports himself to the nearby street. Realizing any force that he had gained threw the air.
Alex ran to Amanda cutting off zombie arms along the way by creating a sword with his metal ability. As he reached his teammate she had already just tossed the steel rod, set it aflame and burned the zombie monsters. They were together once more. "Hey Dreamer." He said in his little squeaky voice. On missions there was really no point in it but Alex liked to use code names. Amanda's was Dreamer. As for Alex he used his birth name Eros. But they thought they were alone save for the army of zombies. Little did they know a female was nearby. He passed his sword to Amanda. "Dreamer take this and light the blade on fire." He suggested to his comrade. Alex might be one of the youngest heroes but his ability to work as a team is what made him the leader of the kidz.
Zombies came from all sides now making them the center of there mob circle. Were they in over there heads? "We need to keep moving!" Alex shouted over the loud moans and groans of the undead. He took Amanda by the hand and teliported to the top of another roof. Alex and her had to come up with a plan and they needed one fast. Alex's other plan to demobilize them all first might not work now as more and more zombies came in. He would be fighting them off for weeks if he killed one every second.
Alex spotted Shadow running around and killing off some of the zombies. He didn't know who she was or why she was here but if she was killing zombies then they had the same goal in mind today. Alex pointed at her letting Amanda know she was there. "I'm going to bring her on the roof with us, she might be helpful." He told Amanda as he looked over her shoulder at the zombies crawling over to the top of the building using the fire escape. "I know you'll be fine while I'm gone.... but I just have to say it. Don't get hurt Amanda." His eyes hinted that he would be lost without her if she was to get injured. Alex then teliported to Shadow. "Hey Missy." He said immediately after popping up right in front of her. He created two arrows and shot them on both his sides throwing the zombies back a bit. Alex extended his hand to Shadow. "Come with me if you want to live." He tried to sound like the terminator but he was unsuccessful. "I have a teammate on the roof, I think we can help each other. I'll teliport us to her if you want." He offered to Shadow while gazing up over at his partner hopping she would be ok.

"Alex!..Wait!!"
As the boy swiftly vanished once more, the girl frowned as she then looked at the blade and back towards the fire escape. It wouldn't be long before she'd be greeted by the undead and he knew that she greatly hated getting up close to them in close combat. But, as usual, Alex was counting on her to hold her own for the moment. Why was it that the boy seemed to always put her in a position like this? Either way, Amanda had little to no say here and would have to defend herself somehow.
Her eyes glowed brightly as the blade soon began to burn crimson red. Within moment, the sword was then consumed by fire, casting a orange glow as the female held it in both hands at its hilt. Which was just in time as her gaze moved up to see the first of the creatures appear from the side of the building. Its clothing was tattered and its high pitched screeching was enough to cause her to somewhat jump. Though the teen held her ground, frowning as she stared at it and watched it burst into flames.
But more soon came and soon she was facing three at once. The girl moved swiftly to the side, avoiding one as their hand lashed out towards her. Amanda then leaned back, allowing her knees to slide along the ground as then turned herself around and launched herself forwards. While she burned one of the zombies as they charged at her in a row, the girl then jumped over the other as she beheaded the one that had been beside it. Though as she stood there, she was then greeted by 20 zombies and more were coming by the minute.
I swear that kid is going to be the death of me...
Hoping that her friend had found the woman he had mentioned, Amanda swiftly killed the one remaining zombie from the first group and then launched herself towards the others as she slashed and burned her way through them. She would just have to hold them off as best she could, though she wasn't sure how long that would be if they kept coming as they were. But she wouldn't die like this...she couldn't. Not when there was so much left for her to do. Besides...Alex seemed to believe that she was capable of surviving just about anything...she couldn't let him be wrong...

[/i] The zombie before landing onto her back to kill her, the zombie suddenly exploded but without a single drop of blood on the girl, but how? The man caused a sudden barrier to make sure no blood spattered on her, lifting his other hand a sudden aura appearing on both hands about five zombies around him suddenly burst open. Suddenly a small rupture between space around him he appeared ontop of the building looking down at the large scale of zombies. Looking at the small boy he said to him in japanese You are a fool, you cannot kill them that way. Do not be an idiot. Then looking at him with a hard look, completely unnoticable behind his mask he said to him with the little english he knew, "I will help... You, but... It will be just this once... Because... You are... Kids." With each pause it was definately noticeable that he was thinking about how to translate his usual japanese speach into english. But why would the man be in America? Let alone how, well infact he tracked down a powerfull person who was said to be raising the dead in the area, and he had dedicated himself into making sure he could ad would kill the man for what he was doing, and he was going to make him suffer. The quite literally ninja looking man put a hand into the back of his cloak near the waist area and unsheathed a small katana, it was a tanto. Manipulating a gravitatioal field around the dagger and causing a light rippling affect this showed that he had manipulated the area around the blade to make it much, much bigger and more damaging.[/ul]

Samatha had been busy fighting when a kid, that came out of nowhere, appereared next to her. It half starteled her and she whipped around to look at the boy. After remembering what he said she sliced the nearest zombie and replied, "Umm, sure... Whatever you say" Samantha looked up at the tower above her and saw 2 people up there. "I think that's not the only person fighting up there though....", she said and ended up stabbing the same zombie in digust. Bleh... She had always thought that rekilling a zombie was gross. She shivered in her skin and looked back at the kid.

Her voice rang in his ears as he teliported away from her. "Alex!..Wait!!" She cried out but it was to late as the power was all ready activated and he was instantly gone. Appearing near the other women. Alex had full confidence in Amanda and knew that she would be ok. Besides Alex had hopped that gaining the other female fighting down below would only take a few minuets. As he made his way to her with effort he had asked her to come with him. She was very pretty up close. It was as if she was a model or something. Yet there was something dangerous about this girl that Alex felt within her. A darkness of some sort. After Alex had gotten the ok from Shadow he smirked and nodded his head as if to say she made the right choice in joining them. He was just about to teliport but a strange man in a mask appeared to teliport to were they were. Alex felt that his ability was very different from his own as when Alex teliports it felt completely different. He had just helpped his friend so this masked man couldnt be evil. Could he? His abilities were hard to understand to Alex. An instant explosion from the inside and then teliporting in such a way? Alex stepped back slightly as the man came and aided him as well. "Who are you?" Alex questioned him.
The man looked at him with the mask and Alex was frightened he might be with the masked men. An organization of criminals and evil super humans of which all wear masks to hide themselves and stay in uniform. The man began to speak but Alex couldn't understand him as he only spoke English. Alex raised an eyebrow and his mouth dropped open. "Huh?" He questioned the man. The he noticed how out numbered his partner was back on the roof top. Alex didn't want to be rude but he had to help her quickly. He didn't have time to try and communicate with this odd fellow right now. However the mans next words were in English. They were a bit broken but still Alex understood him. And whats more important is that he got the message. "Thank you" Alex said as he nodded his head as a sign of respect and gratitude. Alex simply shut his eyes and then opened them again. While he did this Shadow, himself and Ryuu were all on the roof top with Amanda. The zombies legs instantly broke all of a sudden. Each one of them now crawling on the floor with there hands. Leaving a trail of blood and intestines behind them.
What happened if we rewind and look threw Alex's eyes. After he had thanked The mystery man in the mask he paused time when he closed his eyes. While time was stopped Alex teliported to the roof top and created a long bladed staff. Using this weapon he cut off each of the zombies legs but gravity wouldn't let them fall until Alex unpaused the time. He then teliported back to the two strangers he had just met and brought them on the roof. As he unfroze the time gravity took effect and the legs dropped. This is where we left off. The four of them united on the roof top with a bunch of crippled zombies crawling around. "Dreamer, there willing to help us. I'm going to supercharge your abilities." He told his partner giving her a heads up to try and control her powers when they become stronger. Only someone with vast amounts of mental restraint could handle the super charged effect. Alex trusted Amanda could do it though.
The boy touched Amanda's back giving her a boost in her abilities. It made her power grow double of what they originally were. "Burn these suckers to ash!" He cried out hopping Amanda had control over it. If not it was putting himself in the most danger as he himself could light up into flames. Alex looked over at the masked man. "Death and war has no age limit. We fight to protect the world from these things. We fight together so that we may live together one day even without these monsters." He spoke to him with confident in his voice. Alex prepared himself for the backlash of Amanda's heightened abilities.

Amanda hadn't even seem him when he appeared or where he appeared from, but she was happy that he did. Standing up as she looked at the carnage the masked stranger had caused, the teen soon realized that within moments he was gone once more. Scanning the roof for any sign of him, she simply blinked as she wished she'd gotten a chance to thank him. Though she wondered if he'd been able to understand her? From what she had heard him say towards the zombies, it sounded like he could only speak Japanese.
The other thing that caught her interest was the face he wore. Just how was he able to see with no eye holes? For that matter, why was he wearing a mask in the first place? She had heard that heroes used to do that a long time ago, but considering how being a Superhuman was so common now, what was the point of trying to hide your identity? Of course, she never told her Foster mother that she sent her afternoons zombie hunting, so maybe there were still reasons to keep secrets.
While she found herself lost in her thoughts, Amanda didn't noticed the surrounding group of zombies in till they were all sent flying at the appearance of Alex and the two others from before. Looking at each one of the new comers, her gaze then rested towards Alex as she just smiled at him. She could only guess how she got all these people to actually come up here, perhaps it was simply his charming personality. Or the fact that he just teleported people without so much as waiting for an answer. Yet just when she was about to ask him, Alex began speaking for her.
"Wait....You're going to do what?"
Her attention then shifted from her teammate towards the large horde of undead that once more swarmed the rooftop. They were extremely outnumbered and the odds were once more in the creatures favor. But then, it had never been on their side in the first place. Though that soon seemed to skip past her thoughts altogether as she felt something touch her back. What followed after could only be described as completely shocking.
Her thoughts seemed to be racing at the same speed as her heart. She moaned slightly in pain as she was starting to get somewhat of a headache, just what was happening? Amanda then recalled the boy saying something about a super charge, was this it? The teen had to close her eyes as she felt herself falling to her knees, the pain in her optics were too much. It almost felt like she was going to burn her own eye lids away.
But when she heard Alex say to burn the creatures, she didn't wait another moment. Amanda opened her eyes, a pain stricken yell erupting her as her eyes glowed with almost the same intensity as the sun itself. A wave of heat burst from her eyes, it would even push back somewhat char the clothing of those that were her allies. But as for the zombies, they would simply burn away into ashes. Within seconds, the creatures that had posed to swarm them on the roof were nothing more than piles of black remains.
Amanda breathed heavily, body aching and her arms hanging at her sides. The girl remained on her knees as she slowly opened her eyes half way. That had been more than she had expected, but at least she had managed to focus it upon the creatures. But it wouldn't be a lie to say that she was somewhat tired after that, and there were still the zombies below to deal with.

Shadow appeared on the roof and half fell over out of shock. Ugh.... Wow that was weird, but I guess weirder has happened to me... I think... She just stared off the roof, but she shocked by the sudden burst of power she felt coming form the girl that was on the roof as well. She stared at her instead, shocked at that as well as the rest of it. They are kids with such strength, It's... Amazing? Shadow got slightly embarresed by her own powers and stared at each of their individual shadows. She did this when she was nervous. Just standing there looking at them as if they were of some importance to everyone else. Shadow actually enjoyed looking at the different shadows, as well as slightly bending them. After awhile she started just barely quivering each of their shadows. Sometimes she wondered if it was rude, but why would anyone notice? It's not like shadows were important to anyone else. She would have done that with her very own shadow, but, ironically, she was born without a shadow. Instead she can control shadows. Which was cool and all, but seriously? No shadow? It kinda makes you feel like an outcast of some sort. Shadow had been thinking when the man with a different language spoke up. She just listened to him try and speak English, which was pretty good as far as she was concerned. She listened to a lot of people, convinced that everyone was important in the world.

Alex knew that the only way to defeat a large number of these zombies at once was to use Amanda's abilities at an enhanced level. He didn't think the supercharging effect would be so painful for her. But then again Alex had never had his own abilities supercharged so he didn't know how it felt. The effects might be different for everyone. Alex had faith in Amanda though and he went ahead and supercharged her. When he did so he was amazed that she had harnessed her powers and took out many of the zombies. She was tired after and Alex felt like he was to blame for her apparent suffering and fatigue. Alex eyes Begin to water from the guilt he felt however if asked he would blame it on the intense heat and smoke from Amanda's powers. He gave knelled down with Amanda and wrapped his arms around her. "I'm so sorry I put you threw that, I thought it was the only way. I wont ever super charge your powers again unless you tell me to. I never meant to put you in sch pain." Alex squeezed her tightly and was truly sorry. Though they succeed in destroying the zombies on the rooftop Alex couldn't help but feel like it was a bad decision to have done that to his teammate. He wanted to make things right. Alex closed his eyes once more and reversed time for Amanda's body alone. Restoring her bodies health and energy to what it was before the effects of his supercharge to place. Nothing would change while he did this although Amanda would feel an increase in her energy, like it was being given to her.
With Alex's ability to effect time he can reverse wounds or fatigue even the effects of sickness for an individual as if he was healing them. But really he would just be making there body how it once was before the time when they lost energy or got sick. Amanda should feel back to her normal self after, Alex released her from his hug and smiled at her hopping she forgave him. Alex noticed that the odd man in the mask aided in the attack when Amanda completely fried the Zombies to ash. He looked at him keeping his smile on his face. "Your really helpfull.... Aaaah.." He didn't know his name yet so he didn't know what to call him. "Mr." He decided to say. He then pointed at himself. "Eros" He said as he was trying to get the man to introduce himself. He knew he spoke little English so he will try and use as few words as he could as not to confuse him.
As Ryuu put his blade away Alex's eyes lite up with a complementary smirk. "Thats bad ass." He said under his breath out loud by mistake. He often was amazed by simple things such as things like that. Alex listened to the Japanese man try to explain that he wanted Alex to supercharge him. Alex was just happy that the man took off his mask and was thinking that he looked to nice to be in that evil group of masked men. Alex nodded in agreement sensing his eagerness to test himself. "Su-per-charge." He broke his words down so the man could understand them better. Alex extended his hand and grabbed Ryuu's as he did so a bolt of red energy formed from Alex and traveled over to Ryuu making a static noise. Alex had just super charged the man as he wished. The boy didn't know what Ryuu's abilities were and was excited to see what he would do now that he had a boost in these powers of his.
Alex noted that Shadow had become sort of distant and she by herself was playing around with her abilities. Well with the shadows of the other three including himself. Alex walked up to Shadow not knowing her name yet as well. "Hi again, Just so we all know each other You can call me Eros." Alex stated again using his code name as he didn't fully know these two so he didn't want to revile his real name to them as he could be tracked down that way. "Whats your name?" He asked in a soft tone. Alex tried to use his abilities to read her emotions and find out why she distanced herself from the group. He sensed that she was enjoying playing with the Shadows as he sensed happiness while she did so, but also felt slightly embarrassed about something else and Alex couldn't know why. He gave her a warm smile. "Why did you come to New York and fight the zombies here?" Alex asked he wondering what her story was.

It was so sudden, the change in the way her body had been feeling. One moment, she felt as though she had just been absorbed of all life, then in a matter of seconds she was fine. Amanda looked back towards Alex, a smile on her face as she was just about ready to thank him, but then saw that his attention had been drawn elsewhere. Honestly, he really was like a child, so easily distracted. Maybe it was better that way, at least he wasn't upset any longer.
Closing her eyes as she rose up to her feet, Amanda looked around at the scene and was just as surprised as anyone else. Had she really done all this with that boost in power? It seemed almost too good to be true, and yet the evidence was laying before her. It was scary to think that her friend that this much power to amplify their abilities to that kind of ends. But then, it was a good gift to have on their side. Hopefully, it would never be used against them or else they would find themselves in a position of great danger.
In any case, it now seemed that a large amount of the creatures had been vaporized, but that still left the ones remaining below. What were they to do about them? Would they really have to go through them as well? It seemed that everyone was now paying attention to the interaction between Alex and the masked man from before. He no longer wore it of course, yet she still hadn't heard his name as of yet. Alex trusted him, but she was still weary of him. While he had helped them, there was no telling exactly what his motivations for doing so were. But maybe she was being paranoid? One of them had to be, especially since the young god was so easy to trust those around him.
